Models have always been part of how railroads are remembered and understood. In scale, you can see the whole shape of a locomotive, a caboose or a coal hopper at once — the very things that are too big to take in standing beside the real thing.
Our models capture equipment of the Virginian Railway and the Norfolk & Western that absorbed it in 1959, from cabooses to the coal cars that were the line's whole reason for being. They're a favorite stop for children, for lifelong modelers, and for visitors who once worked the real railroad.
Each piece is a small act of preservation — keeping the look and detail of vanished trains alive for the next generation.
